building overseas can always prove a challenge. we have been commissioned to design a large new built detached house on a large sloping site overlooking lake victoria in uganda. this is complete with six bedrooms, a swimming pool, security guards accommodation and protected car parking as well as plenty of viewing terraces. we have closed this with a local architect who submitted the planning application which has been approved a few weeks ago. we have now taken an advisory role to review the works of the local team for detailed design and construction. works to clean the site and commence ground works have commenced.
