We’re thrilled to have gained planning approval for this stunning 8-bedroom riverside home. The project features a refurbished boathouse connected to the main house via a sleek glazed link, alongside a single-storey rear extension. Our plans include carefully restoring the historic front façade, reinstating its wooden balconies and gable ornaments, and rethinking the internal layouts to improve the existing split levels. The new rear extension will house a spacious kitchen with generous informal seating, while the converted boathouse will provide a formal dining room, study, and entertainment space, with additional bedrooms on the upper floor.
