3s have just completed another major refurbishment and extension project of a detached family home on Richmond Hill, where we added a full basement underneath the existing Edwardian property to accommodate a cinema room and wine cellar as well as utility area with access from the garden with a wide stone staircase and glass balustrade. We further added a full width rear extension with full height fixed glazing elements and sliding doors opening to a new terrace area, extended and converted the existing loft area by opening up the roof structure to create an open ceiling master bedroom with en-suite facilities. The main entrance hall with the refurbished staircase opens up to an open plan kitchen and dining living area, all bedrooms upstairs have access to own en-suites and dressing areas. A well-designed geometrical garden leads to a large garden house with BBQ and seating at the rear, whereas a newly designed driveway completes the sleek look of the property.
