An invasive refurbishment of a chalet style detached family home within the leafy suburbs of Potter Bar, with just the shell of the original structure of the building retained. The upper floor now features four new bedrooms with bathrooms. Downstairs a full width extension allows space for a sizeable kitchen, a dining area and living room all with access to the rear terrace and steps leading up to the landscaped garden level. A double garage is now integrated within the house, a small utility area connecting directly with the kitchen. The shell structure received new triple glazed windows, new roofing, guttering and render finish.
