We successfully achieved planning consent for a detached 6-bedroom family home within the Green Belt in the village Send near Woking, Surrey, to convert and extend the loft space above the existing garage, redesign the first floor and ground floor area whilst adding a single storey fully glazed classic modern pavilion structure onto the existing raised terrace area with a new footpath leading down to an open-air swimming pool. Following construction drawing information, work on site is scheduled for early to mid of next year.
