located on a brownfield site close to the historic town centre of leatherhead, this four-storey new build apartment scheme replaces an open-air car park with 2120sqm habitable space comprising 24no. high spec one, two and three bedroom apartments and 585sqm underground car parking. set at the rear of an office building which has recently been converted into apartments, the principal approach to the development is from north street, via a new courtyarded entrance. cobbles provide a pedestrian friendly approach, with concealed car lifts set flush within the courtyard surface. a recessed entrance provides access to north and south facing wings with setback ground floor apartments including intimate garden spaces, upper floors set within brick facades with bronze balconies, and a third floor set back with penthouse apartments and roof top terraces.
