Student Accommodation, SSTH Swiss School of Tourism and Hospitality Chur, Switzerland

Following the successful development of the first laminated timber frame module for a bed & breakfast addition in Switzerland, we developed with Timto several projects with its standard size 6m x 3m modules, which are produced off site and individually fitted out to meet its purposes. We just got the instruction to add another 10 modules as student accommodation to the Swiss School of Tourism & Hospitality in Chur, Switzerland next to the modules handed over in September 2018. They will house 2 students each with an en-suite bathroom, fold down beds and a desk each for the students study needs. Enough storage will be provided, glass sliding doors will enable views over the fantastic Alpen panorama.
