this beautiful 5-bedroom family home on a corner plot in the middle of Chiswick will be extended by adding a full basement underneath the existing building housing a large entertainment room, bedroom, bathroom as well as wine store, boiler and utility room, with a generous light-well facing the rear garden. we suggested essential changes to the room designs on all floors as well as a multi-functional garden house to be used as a garage, storage and entertainment room. the works are currently out to tender.
