The All Hallows Community Hall, built as prefabricated structure with concrete panels in the 1950’s, is a church hall next to Christopher Wren’s All Hallows Church which provides wider services to the overall community. We are currently working to refurbish the front part of the building with new toilet facilities, meeting rooms and office space at its first-floor level and redesign the main hall for the future use not only for sport activities but events or wedding receptions. All external windows will be upgraded and the façades re-cladded to achieve a more welcoming appearance whilst upgrading the heating and electrical systems as well as providing appropriate drainage for the surrounding site. Works are expected to begin mid of next year.
We got planning consent for a detached 6-bedroom family home within the Green Belt in Send near Woking, Surrey, to convert and extend the loft space above the garage, redesign the first floor and ground floor area whilst adding a single storey fully glazed pavilion structure onto the existing raised terrace area with a new footpath leading down to an open-air swimming pool. Following construction drawing information, work on site is scheduled for early to mid of next year.

Building works is expected to start on site in spring 2023.
This detached Edwardian 5-bedroom family home within the Richmond Conservation Area has undergone a substantial redesign and extension process. We added a two-storey extension to the side of the property tying in with the original roof shape, replaced the existing rear conservatory with a new flat roofed extension, created a separate play area with a large sized kitchen and dining area facing the rear garden. A new staircase leads up to loft level, which created an additional bedroom with en-suite, with more bathroom space added at first floor level. All windows are replaced, the entrance hall redesigned and suitable products and finishes for new areas selected. This project has been completed summer 2022.
Following approval of replacing an existing bungalow structure on the fringes of Dummer village near Basingstoke with a 2-storey contemporary family home, we are nearing completion of the building and its interiors. The upper floor has been cladded in pre-weathered copper with slimline profiled sliding doors and balcony in front, the ground floor is constructed in dark brickwork with rendered areas set back from the front colonnade. After the winter break, a garage building and pool will be added to the site with the area around the house landscaped and replanted.
